AAL staff has been engaged and completed numerous information systems development projects for private industry clients and U.S. Government Agencies, which include:

Interamerican Development Bank

System planning and design for a $50M technology implementation program involving technology modernization, design of system architecture, systems implementation, communications infrastructure and training for a 5,000 employee government agency.

US Postal Service

Technical consulting for design and implementation of embedded systems Y2K compliance program, which identified and corrected non-compliance anomalies.

USDA

Technical consulting for design and implementation of embedded systems Y2K compliance program, which identified and corrected non-compliance anomalies.

Internal Revenue Service

Technical consulting involving system architecture design, independent verification and validation and modeling of systems under the IRS systems modernization program.

AAL staff has engaged and completed several international consulting projects in various countries, requiring system planning, database design, system design, telecommunications and system implementation. Countries include Russia, Malawi, Ecuador and Costa Verde, Africa.

Organization of American States

AAL staff has been designated as an international technology advisor on a number of projects for the Unit for Democracy, and has assisted the OAS in resolving and implementing information systems, some involving Internet-based solutions. Countries include El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Paraguay, Chile and Argentina.
