About Us

AAL was founded in 1989 as an accounting and information technology company. Since 1991, AAL has been serving financial institutions, private sector and Government agencies, that provide either credit, loan guarantees, regulatory oversight, or serve the secondary capital market such as:

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
US Small Business Administration (SBA)
USDA-Rural Development (formerly Farmers Home Administration/FmHA)

With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, covering institutional lenders and institutional borrowers, AAL has become the premier firm serving the financial sector. AAL provides a variety of services such as risk assessment, risk management, loan reviews, bank internal audits, data mining and data analytics, financial/credit modeling, compliance reviews, financial analysis, and performance assessment.

AAL is a NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) approved/ accredited sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE).

Quality control is maintained through a three-part program:

• Daily review of assignments with site supervisors and project managers
• Periodic inspections of work in progress to ensure AICPA standards
• Unannounced inspections of field audits by a Quality Control officer.
