Quality Assurance
AAL’s policy follows AICPA standards. The firm’s quality control is credited with providing superior service and ensuring repeat clients. Our extensive knowledge of the financial industry allows AAL to allocate a balance of staff and manager purview in ensuring quality controls in every specific aspect of our rendered service.
Quality control is maintained through a three-part program:
- Daily review of assignments with site supervisors and project managers
- Periodic inspections of work in progress to ensure AICPA standards
- Unannounced inspections of field audits by a Quality Control Officer.
